The void forest was a forest located on the planet Umbara and was home to slybexes. It was so dark that Umbarans were not able to see their own hands in front of their face. In 3624 BBY, crystal guards were transporting crystals through the forest when they got attacked by an alpha slybex. The entire unit, save for Nira, was killed by the creature. Because of that, the forest was soon closed off to the crystal guard.
