Amaltanna
Canon Legends version → Linked from 5 articles
Amaltanna was a planet within the Amaltanna system, a star system in the Kanz sector of the Outer Rim Territories. It was believed to be far from anything or anyone important, according to its own inhabitants, but nevertheless it became the site of the devastating Battle of Amaltanna during the Clone Wars. In the end, the Galactic Republic won over the Confederacy of Independent Systems, but the extent of the damage was so severe that its inhabitants were relocated as refugees to worlds such as Naboo and Alderaan.
