Besero was a mining world situated in the Deep Core's Besero system. During the reign of the Galactic Empire, Besero was the site of pitch-black lumni-mines, with dark rumors and mutterings spreading about the world. By the time of the Galactic Civil War between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance, the Tagge Mining Corporation caused many problems for the bureaucrats of Besero.
