Corosi 7 was a terrestrial moon with a rocky surface. It was located in the Outer Rim Territories and the New Territories' Corosi sector, within the Corosi system. Corosi 7 was situated in grid square N-6 of the Standard Galactic Grid.
In 1 ABY, Rebel Alliance heroes Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa and Han Solo escaped the Galactic Empire's attack on their base at the Mako-Ta Space Docks in a Quasar Fire-class cruiser-carrier, landing the ship on Corosi 7, where they received a transmission from Chancellor Mon Mothma. As the carrier was severely damaged, Solo took them to the moon Nar Shaddaa, so that he could ask fellow smuggler Sana Starros to transport them in her ship, the Volt Cobra.
