Daimla

Daimla was a terrestrial world located in the Daimla system, a part of the Outer Rim Territories' Kallea sector. It was the homeworld of the sentient Daimlo species.

Young Daimlos underwent a year-long rite of passage during which they rammed each other into unconsciousness using their newly-grown skullplates and horns. The Daimlo Zanales outdid all his peers during one such contest, which elevated him to the status of a hero on his homeworld, and at some point by 27 BBY, Zanales had become an off-world Podracer pilot.
