Derella

Derella was an astronomical object located in the Derella system of the Core Worlds, situated in grid square M-10 of the Standard Galactic Grid. It was the homeworld of Senator Cinderon Malpe, who represented it in the Imperial Senate of the Galactic Empire.

During the Imperial Era, Princess Leia Organa became familiar with the homeworlds of her father—Senator Bail Organa's—colleagues. In 3 BBY, Leia mentally noted the senator's homeworld as Derella on two occasions: during her Day of Demand ceremony, upon spotting Malpe in attendance, and later at a banquet hosted by her parents in the Royal Palace of Alderaan on the planet Alderaan.
