Diatia Major

Diatia Major was a star located within the Core Worlds and Southern Core's star system of the same name. Lying on the edge of the Deep Core region, the star was not orbited by any planets.

However, Diatia Major was encircled by the Diatian Clockwork, a large, mysterious ring composed of a metallic alloy and etched with deep, regularly-spaced grooves. For millennia, the ring amazed visitors, and it was widely believed to be constructed by members of the sentient Celestial species, who had disappeared from the galaxy by 30,000 BBY.
