Gavos

Gavos was a small planet located in the Kastolar sector of the Mid Rim. It was the location of a poorly productive oridium mining operation that was won in a game of sabacc sometime during the Galactic Civil War by Bargos the Hutt—a gambling, middle-ranked Hutt Cartel crime lord living on hard times in a palace somewhere on the Outer Rim. Bargos called in a debt of obligation from a group of adventurers and had them travel to Gavos to assess the quality and worth of the mines.

At Gavos they discovered that the mines technically contained tons of oridium, but that the ore was too difficult to extract to be profitable. However, the group also made a discovery on Gavos that resulted in a fight for their lives against unexpected enemies.
