Jhas was one of two gas giants located in the Hoth system of the Outer Rim Territories. Jhas would shrink as a result of pressure on its surface, causing gravitational energy to convert to heat. Due to this phenomenon, the eleventh of Jhas's twenty-four moons, Jhas Krill, had a warm, swampy jungle terrain.
