Kile II was a terrestrial and geologically unstable planet located in the Jospro sector of the Outer Rim. Within its canyons, the Galactic Empire established multiple installations, including a sensor array and the spaceport Enclave, an enormous facility that supported the Empire's naval operations in the sector. During the Galactic Civil War, the planet was the site of a battle between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance, ending in a victory for the latter.
