Killof
Canon Linked from 2 articles
Killof was a terrestrial astronomical object in the galaxy. By around 160 BBY, artifacts bearing the dead language Fruscti were found on Killof. Around that year, Galactic Republic Senator Jakob Garn was killed on the planet Thelj, and Jedi Master Vernestra Rwoh searched his body and found a holo-emitter in which Garn had recorded a message in Fruscti. Upon listening to the message, Rwoh's companion Indara asked what language Garn had spoken in it, and Rwoh replied that Garn had likely been speaking Fruscti. According to Rwoh, artifacts bearing the language had been found on Killof and at other locations, and while it was unknown what had happened to the speakers of the language, the artifacts were usually found in places considered holy by other cultures.
