Kostra was a Mid Rim astronomical object situated in the Romintine sector. During the Galactic Civil War, the Galactic Empire attacked it, emerging victorious over Rebel Alliance forces there. During the confrontation, the Rebel starfighter pilot Fulkrehm Protial crash-landed on Kostra, where, due to exposure to the trosilon nerve gas, he suffered damage to his motor control skills that the celestial body's natives were not able to fully heal.
