Malador

Malador was a terrestrial planet located in the Malador system of the Juvex sector in the Mid Rim Territories and Western Reaches. It fell within grid square L-17 of the Standard Galactic Grid. The Galactic Empire constructed factories and undertook mining processes on Malador in around 14 BBY similar to those used on the planet Reuss VIII. This caused Malador's atmosphere to become effectively unbreathable, which led to the world's wealthiest inhabitants abandoning it. The historian Beaumont Kin mentioned the planet and the effect of the Empire's actions on it in his book The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire in 35 ABY.
