Meridaus

Meridaus was a terrestrial astronomical object. By 228 BBY, during the High Republic Era, Jedi Knight Pola Sheel encountered a member of the Nihil marauders' Jedi-hunting Children of the Storm group as well as that Nihil's pack of Force-consuming Nameless creatures on Meridaus. During the incident, the Jedi Knight was killed as a result of the Nameless' effects.

Sometime after, Sheel's husked remains were recovered and brought to the Jedi Temple on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant where Jedi Knight Reath Silas was researching the Nameless. That year, while working with Jedi Padawan Amadeo Azzazzo, the two examined a sample from Sheel's remains and Silas informed the Padawan of Sheel's passing on Meridaus.
