Minashee
Canon Legends version → Linked from 11 articles
Minashee was located in the Outer Rim Territories and the New Territories, within the Tadrin sector, which was a subsector of the Cassander sector and thus was part of the Cassandran Worlds. It was situated in grid square K-5 of the Standard Galactic Grid.
It was the homeworld of Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas and of his father, who worked as a fisherman. While recording a holo-letter for his sister, Jenza, Jedi Initiate Dooku mentioned that Sifo-Dyas was from Minashee. Around 23 BBY, Dooku gave several data disks containing his messages to Jenza to his recently recruited Sith assassin—Asajj Ventress—for her investigation into his sister's location, and she listened to the message that mentioned the Minashee.
