Oovri II was a celestial body located in the Oovri system, a part of the Tungra sector in the Western Reaches portion of the Outer Rim Territories. At some point during the reign of the Galactic Empire, Imperial TIE fighter pilot Makkor von Urron participated in a skirmish over Oovri II against a group of insurgents' Y-wing starfighters. During the engagement, von Urron shot down eleven of the enemy craft before himself suffering an injury. The pilot's exploit at the skirmish was later mentioned as part of a short profile included in a 3 ABY edition of the Imperial propaganda medium "Aces of the Empire."
