Pesitiin was an Expansion Region gas giant in the Pesitiin system with perpetual atmospheric storms. Several years before 400 BBY its upper atmosphere housed a Bosken & Bosken mining center which attempted to harvest the planet's gases for profit, but it proved to be an unsustainable business due to the high cost of maintaining a floating mining center, leading to the abandonment of the outpost less then a decade after it was built.
