Red dwarf
Canon Legends version → Linked from 16 articles
A red dwarf was the most common type of main-sequence star. With a lifespan of over 100 trillion years, red dwarves accounted for over 70% of all stars in the galaxy, but due to emitting very little light and heat only around 100 of them supported the creation of life in their star system.
Examples of red dwarves included the star of the Pressylla system, the star of the Tertiary Usaita system, Domir, and Barab.
