Ryarten
Canon Linked from 3 articles
Ryarten was an astronomical object that appeared green from space that was located in the Ryarten system within the Corthenia sector of the Mid Rim and New Territories. It was situated in grid square K-7 of the Standard Galactic Grid.
In 6 BBY, the slicers Chio Fain and Rone were pursued by TIE fighters of the Galactic Empire above Ryarten after they attempted to undertake a job that involved slicing into Imperial property. Rone was shot down and killed while attempting to distract the Imperial fighters, giving Fain a chance to escape into hyperspace.
