Spindrift was a planet in the Spindrift system, located in the Outer Rim's Rseik sector. An isolated world, Spindrift was home to an Imperial outpost called Spindrift Station during the era of the Galactic Civil War. In 3 ABY, Spindrift Station was attacked by a Rebel squadron flying repurposed TIE starfighters, who captured the station in order to obtain route coordinates for an Imperial armada carrying a unique creature called a teezl.
