Stensen's Colony

Stensen's Colony was a terrestrial celestial body situated in the Stensen's Colony system, a part of the Stensen sector of the Outer Rim Territories. Ghothian slime pools, which originated in the sector's Ghothia system, could be found there.

At some point by the time shortly after the Battle of Yavin, Hyndis Kogler, an officer of the Galactic Empire's Intelligence service, sent a message to their fellow Intelligence member Doctor Tobias. Extremely upset with a recent initiative by Tobias, in the message Kogler claimed that some Ghothian slime pools on Stensen's Colony exhibited a "greater degree of intelligence" than Tobias did when coming up with their plan. Imperial Intelligence later included the message in a report prepared for an Imperial Grand Moff, which in turn was added by Rebel Alliance historian Major Arhul Hextrophon to a compilation of Imperial documents for Alliance Supreme Commander Mon Mothma and other Rebel officers.
