Tholon was a Wild Space planet located within the star system of the same name. A desolate rock world with rich deposits of various ores, it was the first planet discovered by the Human scout Casti Tholon by 2 ABY.
Tholon was employed by Rim Commercial Mining at the time, which named the planet after her. The Wild Space world proved very profitable for Rim Commercial Mining, establishing it as one of the leading Outer Rim Territories' mining companies, and was considered the most important planet Tholon had ever discovered.
