Vale

Vale was a celestial body located in the Vale system, a part of the Atravis sector in the Western Reaches portion of the Outer Rim Territories. In 13 BBY, a squadron of the Galactic Empire that included the Imperial starfighter pilot and hero Shea Hublin, Air Marshal of the Greater Seswenna region, was ambushed at Vale by anti-Imperial rebels. In the ensuing confrontation, Hublin lost a leg and a half of his arm and later transferred from the Imperial Starfighter Corps and instead took up a line command aboard the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Kabalian Cross.
