Yev

Yev was a terrestrial astronomical object that had been colonized by the time of the Cold War between the reconstituted Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. Womp rats, rodents from the Outer Rim Territories planet Tatooine, had been accidentially introduced to Yev by 3643 BBY, by which point their penchant for hoarding and their high breeding rate had made them a nuisance to the colonists.

By 3643 BBY, an individual affiliated with one of the two sides in the ongoing struggle between the Republic and the Sith Empire sent a companion to search for treasure hoarded by the womp rats on Yev. The companion followed a pack of womp rats back to their nest and was led to a crashed freighter containing inedible items hoarded by the pack.
