Yntrann was a terrestrial astronomical object located in the Yntrann system, a part of Wild Space. During the Galactic Civil War, after the Scandium Team of the Rebel Alliance's Special Forces was disbanded, the Ebranite former member of the team Rith Tar'ak was transferred to Yntrann, where she briefly commanded a small yet highly decorated desert warfare task force as part of one of the early Special Forces wilderness regiments. Since leadership did not appeal to Tar'ak, she eventually requested a transfer to another branch of the Alliance and was stationed off-world.
