Margit Pfeiffer

Margit Pfeiffer is a sound editing professional who works for Skywalker Sound. She served as Co-Supervising Sound Editor for the first season of Star Wars: Andor, for which she was nominated for the Emmy for Outstanding Sound Editing For A Comedy Or Drama Series (One Hour) for "The Eye." In the second season, she served as supervising sound editor and ADR supervisor and worked with David Acord, also of Skywalker Sound, to design the complex sounds of Season 2 with Tony Gilroy and John Gilroy. As part of keeping the show's commitment to a grounded and visceral sound design, one of Pfeiffer's responsibilities was creating the sounds—chanting, singing, and panicked cries among them—of the Ghorman Massacre.
