Netflix

Netflix is an American provider of on-demand televised and cinematic content. Founded in 1997 by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph in Scotts Valley, California, Netflix initially both sold and rented DVDs by mail, but by 2007, Netflix introduced streaming media and video on demand. In January 2019, Netflix became the first tech company to join the Motion Picture Association of America, officially becoming a film studio.
