A sentient species of Near-Humans—a classification of humanoids that genetically differed from Humans—existed during the reign of the Galactic Republic. Members of the species identified with at least the female gender and could possess blue-green skin, black hair, and brown eyes.
Ame Llom was a member of the species who resided on her homeworld Coruscant, a planet in the Core Worlds region of the galaxy. In the years before the end of the Republic, Llom frequented the Outlander Club, a nightclub and gambling hall in the Uscru Entertainment District of her homeworld. During a night in 22 BBY, Llom spent time at the club talking and laughing with a Human while the bounty hunter Zam Wesell hid in the club.
