Corthenians were a sentient alien species from the Corthenia system in the Mid Rim. In 21 BBY, a Corthenian attended a hive ball with a Human and a Wookiee that was being held in honor of a pair of Galactic Republic diplomats, Barrister Doolb Snoil and Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi.
