A dune scratcher was a type of large rat native to the moon Jedha. They were quadrupedal, with gray, veiny skin, sharp claws, six red eyes, and rows of pointed teeth. In 382 BBY, Tey Sirrek, SK-0T, and Vildar Mac confronted four dune scratchers in a tunnel underneath Enlightenment in Jedha City.
