Excargan

Excargans were a Near-Human sentient species native to Excarga. During childhood, they were genderless; at around thirteen years old, their bodies would change and their gender would be determined. Many inhabitants of their planet worked for ore-processing corporations. They were attacked by the Separatists during the Clone Wars, which led to Republic intervention, and they sold materials to the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War.

Garr, whose mother and father were presumed dead after a Separatist attack, befriended fellow orphan Boba Fett in 22 BBY after Boba was rescued during the Conquest of Raxus Prime.
