Firebugs were a type of nesting insect. In 9 BBY, Jedi-in-hiding Bode Akuna described Jedi Knight Cal Kestis as having "kicked the firebug nest" after Kestis slew Rayvis, leader of the Bedlam Raiders, during a mission to the planet Koboh's Shattered Moon.
