The Kauronians were a sentient species native to the world Kauron in the Meram sector of the Outer Rim Territories. In 0 BBY, a number of Kauronian bounty hunters were present on the planet Tatooine. During that time, the Rodian bounty hunter Greedo watched several of them enter Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina in the Mos Eisley settlement.
