The mercuryfish was a variety of fish that existed in the galaxy and was edible to members of the Human species. Trey Duna, the Human male mayor of Imperial City on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant, often ate grilled fillets of mercuryfish at one of the planet's finest restaurants.
