The nihrotic monstrosity was a type of sithspawn created by the Sith alchemist Lord Kanoth through the use of Kanoth's alchemical creation, nihrot. There were many of these kinds of sithspawn present on the Unmasked research station, however they were likely all killed during the station's explosion following Kanoth and Lady Dominique's death at the hands of the Alliance Commander during the mission to the R-4 anomaly.
