Orryxians were an intelligent, sentient feline species from the Orryxia system in the Outer Rim Territories. They were encountered often enough by the Alliance to Restore the Republic's Special Ops teams to acquire the nickname "Cats," though the Orryxians resented the colloquialism. The popular intoxicating beverage Orryxian Catsblood, also from the Orryxia system, shared its name with the Orryxian species.
