Redfish were a type of fish. Their red-colored roe was used as an ingredient in Smoked Redfish Littletubes, a dish that was edible to humans and served in the Sublight Lounge on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon in 34 ABY. The meat of the fish was served aboard the Halcyon in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room in the dish Nori-crusted Redfish.
