The taqwa (which translated into "snow-strider" in Galactic Basic Standard) was a multi-headed, non-sentient quadruped hailing from the planet of Vallt. Despite their innate ferocity, the taqwa were used as draft animals by Vallt's native, blue faced sentients, the Valltii.
