Unidentified fleshy hook-headed species

A sentient species that possessed a fleshy appearance, with various bulges and folds, including multiple chins and layered jowls, with large ears, and a curved, an almost snake-like head-stalk that ended in a pair of eyes with exposed, vertical nostrils situated between them. They also had various wart-like growths spread across their skin, as well as a small patch of hair under their bottom lip.
