Flarestar-class attack shuttle

The Flarestar-class attack shuttle, also known simply as the rapier ship, was a model of saucer-shaped shuttle used by the criminal Ohnaka Gang during the Clone Wars. They were often deployed from the Gang's larger Corona-class armed frigate.

Around 33 BBY, a Flarestar-class attack shuttle was stolen by a group of bounty hunters, after crashing onto the moon of Drazkel, due to Aurra Sing thinking the Weequay's have more profitable cargo. Sing took control of the shuttle, piloting it while Vorhdeilo meet Cad Bane at the entry ramp before they destroyed the other ships and went to pick up their employer Maul and his three DRK-1 Dark Eye probe droids.

A ship of this kind transported Count Dooku and Ohnaka to the surface of Florrum, after the pirates found him on Vanqor. Later, Barb Mentir, an accomplice of Turk Falso, used another saucer to attack and take down a Galactic Republic Nu-class attack shuttle bringing a ransom of spice proving that the craft was very capable as a starfighter against enemy craft. Count Dooku used the vessel as an escape craft after breaking out of the Weequay prison, killing the two treacherous pirates before taking the ship.

Several of these shuttles were used by the Ohnaka gang members who decided to work for Maul and Savage Opress. Three were deployed from their larger Corona-class armed frigates opening fire on the base, with the pirates taking cover but Hondo Okhana was the only one standing his ground.
