GAT-12 Skipray

The GAT-12 Skipray, also known as the Skipray Blastboat, or simply a Skipray, was a combat starship designed by Sienar Fleet Systems. It was on the military market during the Clone Wars. A variant of the Blastboat class, the assault gunboat, was standard equipment on Imperial I-class Star Destroyers during the reign the Galactic Empire.

Its hull design was popular, serving as the foundation for the Legate-class medium courier ship. The Skipray featured a distinctive cruciform aft S-foil configuration.

It was comparable to contemporary vessels such as the Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft and the SS-54 light assault gunship.
