The Huntbird was an explorer-cruiser lent to Luke Skywalker on behalf of the New Jedi Order by Umwaw Moolis in 12 ABY. Skywalker flew the ship from Ithor to the Moonflower Nebula to search for the Eye of Palpatine.
He was accompanied by two Jedi students, Cray Mingla and Nichos Marr, as well as C-3PO. The vessel was attacked outside the Moonflower Nebula by the battlemoon and was damaged, forcing it to land on Pzob. There, the ship was attacked by the native Gamorreans.
The ship was abandoned on Pzob when the Eye of Palpatine captured Skywalker and his students.
