A type of gun platform was used by the InterGalactic Banking Clan during the Clone Wars against the Galactic Republic while part of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Vlemoth Station was originally one such gun platform that was used by the Banking Clan to defend Sanshur Flats from a Republic invasion. The station was grounded on the surface of the planet and converted into an independent starport.
