The Munificent-class command, control, and communications frigate, commonly known as the Munificent-class Comms Frigate, or C3 frigate for short, was sub-variant of the standard Munificent-class star frigate that served in the naval branch of the Separatist Alliance during the Clone Wars, and later served within the naval forces of the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War.
