The Praetor-class Star Battlecruiser, or simply the Praetor-class battlecruiser, was a model of battlecruiser. It shared a similar name to the Praetor II-class used by the Imperial Navy. Prior to the Battle of Hoth in 3 ABY, one derelict Praetor-class had its reactor stolen by members of the Rebel Alliance to power a giant ion cannon in their Echo Base on the planet Hoth.
