Python (Assassin-class)

The Python was an Assassin-class corvette warship. It was used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic in the defection of the Imperial officer Commander Zaletta.

After Ace Azzameen and others had destroyed the minefield surrounding an Imperial Communications relay Comm Center, the Python was called in to download its logs in which they discovered Zaletta's location in the Eidoloni system. During the download the Python was threatened by TIE bombers coming from Ton-Falk-class escort carrier Halberd which arrived to the area to prevent the operation

Python was successfully defended and delivered the data to the Rebel Intelligence.
