The Ranolfo was a Rebel Alliance blockade runner active during the Galactic Civil War. Prior to the Battle of Endor, it was part of an Alliance Fleet convoy tasked with protecting Princess Leia Organa, one of the Rebellion's leaders. It sustained critical damage during a battle against the Galactic Empire, and it was left behind on the orders of the convoy's leader, Captain Volk Aymeric of the Remembrance, as the rest of the convoy escaped to safety.
