A hauler was owned by the Nihil marauder organization during the High Republic Era, and usually transported crystals to the starship Gaze Electric which would be used to power the Stormwall. In 228 BBY, the hauler was hijacked by the humans Alys "Crash" Ongwa and Krix Kamerat, with Ongwa later using the cargo of the hauler to give to the people of the planet Eriadu which quickly depleted.
