An armored undershirt was an article of clothing that protected the wearer. It could be crafted using one unit of ironweave and eight units of coarseweave. By 3 ABY, the bartender Bram Shano had taught the thief Kay Vess to construct more resistance clothing, including armored undershirts.
That year, Vess purchased a unit of ironweave from the merchant Berek Keehro at Mirogana Market in the city Mirogana on the Outer Rim moon Toshara. Vess then used the ironweave to craft an armored undershirt.
