The B-3Z technical droid was a model of class two technical droids used by the Imperial Army of the Galactic Empire. Between 19 BBY and 9 BBY, two B-3Z technical droids were present in an All Terrain Armored Transport (AT-AT) on the planet Culroon III. They helped Junior Lieutenant Maximilian Veers and his crew run diagnostics on the vehicle while the remainder of the army on Culroon III attended a ceremony with the native Culroon species. Veers resorted to activating the AT-AT when the Culroon attacked the Imperials.
